PlazmaTech was established in 2002 by a group of enthusiastic Software Professionals and Engineers feeling the need of a dedicated and professionally run Software House that could provide quality service to deserving Corporate Houses and Companies. The founders, expert professionals in the field of Software Development found that the existing Software Companies were lacking the art of professionalism in their business deals which was just because of the conventional way of carrying the Software Development. Projects were let to handle just by programmers who write codes – there was no actual study, research and planning beforehand. Thus the customers were losing faith and trust in the Nepalese Software Companies. Amid this scenario, PlazmaTech was founded to cater the need in an organized and professional way that would help to uplift the Software Development field itself.
